At SCS, we (obviously) know the benefits of Spinning, but also understand the benefits of moving your body in other ways. Yoga and Spinning are BFF’s! We offer a Spinning + Yoga class on Tuesday nights (6:30pm) that has been wildly popular and we know why! Introducing a yoga practice into your weekly routine can make your stronger on the bike and more able to focus your mind outside of the studio. Hip openers, shoulder strengthening postures, and breathing techniques are just a few things we offer in yoga. It encourages flexibility and strength in the legs, upper body, and core.
Our main studio located at 422 Broadway is super busy with our Spinning, Spin combo, and barre classes, so we have expanded again! Angela is offering an all levels Vinyasa flow class on Wednesday’s from 4:30-5:30pm at Bloom: a Movement Space located at 153 Regent Street, suite 1000. We have rented this space to offer you more yoga, which is going to change the way you ride and feel!
This Wednesday to kick things off, class is just $5! Feel free to sign up online through our usual schedule or drop in. They do have mats and blocks, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
