Spinning®:

60 minutes on the bike which includes a warm-up and cool-down. Rides can be based on strength, endurance, and/or interval work. Go at your own pace and resistance. “It’s Your Ride!”.

Spinning® Xpress:

A 45 minute Spinning class to get you in and out quicker!

Spin Circuits:

A 35- 40 minute ride followed by a 10 minute total body workout off the bike. We incorporate TRX suspension training, weights, bands and balls into the workout.  Great for all fitness levels. 60 minutes.

Spinning® + Core:

45 minutes of Spinning on the bike followed by some great ab and core work on the floor. All exercises can be modified to suit every level of fitness. 60 minutes.

Spinning® + Yoga:

30 minutes of Spinning on the bike followed by 45 minutes of gentle, flow yoga on the mats.Connect your body, mind, and soul. Our rejuvenating  yoga will help strengthen your core, prevent injuries, help you to clarify your vision, and ultimately round-out your cycling training. Lengthen your muscles, clear you mind, and build balance.

Happy Hour Spin:

Join Jerry & Angela for the best party in town! One hour of music and a workout sure to get you singing in the saddle! A great way to start the weekend.

Karma Ride:

Join us for a FREE class that benefits a local charity. Donations accepted in any amount. Pay it forward on the bike and 100% goes to the charity featured.

Arms & Abs:

Get fit off the bike!  We use TRX, weights, resistance bands, and sometimes just our own body weight.  All exercises can be modified.  Great for burning fat and building strength.

Barre Xpress:

Every Barre Fitness class is fun and empowering class set to today’s hottest music. Classes begin with a warm up focusing on postural strength and alignment, followed by a series of upper body exercises using light weights. The ballet barre is used to sculpt the lower body, abs and for flexibility training. Then it is down to the mat with a fitball for core work and a relaxing and invigorating final stretch. 45 Minutes.

Free Spinning® 101:

45 minutes that include bike set-up, explanation of the Spinning program and a short ride to get you comfortable on the bike and ready for your first class. While all of our classes are appropriate for beginners, this might help you to get started. FREE for first time SCS clients. Offered once a month.

Personal Training:

Let our certified and experienced personal trainers help you to reach your fitness and/or weight loss goals. We know how tough it can be to lose weight or to gain muscle, so let us customize a program for you. Strength, flexibility, and functional training to give you a well-rounded fitness routine.
