Regardless of how fit, flexible or coordinated you are, you’ll get a great workout. Simply hop on one of our Spinner NXT® bikes, set the resistance and pace to the level that’s right for you, and let your instructor guide you through an incredible ride. Burn up to 800 calories per hour in a completely competition – free environment and have some fun doing it! There’s nothing about it you will regret!
Yes, indoor cycling has a reputation for being a challenging workout, and it can be as hard or as easy as you would like. Our classes appeal to beginners, hard-core cyclists, and everyone in between. We have regular riders of all ages and backgrounds with a wide variety of athletic abilities. Our Spinning® certified instructors coach riders to adapt their workout to their own experience and comfort level in a non-intimidating and fun way.
Try one of our signature combination classes like Spinning + Yoga, Spinning + Barre, and Spin Fit Total Body, combining our classic Spinning class with a workout off the bike using weights, TRX, and resistance bands!
