The Saratoga Cycling Studio LLC is Saratoga Springs only Official Spinning® facility.
Our philosophy is simple: have the best instructors and excellent equipment in a comfortable environment that anyone from a beginner to an avid outdoor cyclist can enjoy.

Yes, indoor cycling has a reputation for being a challenging workout, and it can be as hard or as easy as you would like.  Our classes appeal to beginners, hard-core cyclists, and everyone in between. We have regular riders of all ages and backgrounds with a wide variety of athletic abilities. Our Spinning® certified instructors coach riders to adapt their workout to their own experience and comfort level in a non-intimidating and fun way.

You can find a Spinning® class in a big box gym but the difference with SCS is that is ALL we do!  We are Saratoga Springs only dedicated Spinning® studio and you can reserve your bike up to one month in advance.  Since we are fanatical about one thing and one thing only, we pay attention to details, trends and keeping our equipment, instructors and music up to date and current.
